Ruby & Oscar jewellery is backed by a 100% lifetime guarantee. We offer this to all customers to ensure that the quality and condition of our jewellery remains exceptional over time. We will offer a free repair or replacement in the event of any problems. For brands such as BOSS, Olivia Burton and Calvin Klein, these benefit from a 12 month guarantee.
As a trusted jeweller we use stones that are 100% natural as well as lab created gemstones. We have also introduced simulated and synthetic gemstones to certain lines of jewellery as we recognise the environmental impact caused by mining some gemstones. Either way, the type of stone used within an item is clearly displayed on the product page. We only produce jewellery using solid gold and sterling silver. Solid metals ensure exceptionally high quality jewellery that lasts.
Hallmarking
Every item of jewellery is produced to British and European standards. If ordered within the UK or EU, applicable items are hallmarked to British standards at the Edinburgh Assay Office. Edinburgh is one of four official UK Assay Offices, testing and hallmarking precious metals since 1457. The Gold Hallmark, alongside the R&O Sponsor Mark, shows that the jewellery is genuine and tested to strict standards. The Metal & Purity Mark is also displayed to show the purity (also known as fineness, in parts per thousand) of the gold to comply with regulations and descriptions.
Each item of jewellery is dispatched in an individual soft-hinged black presentation box with protective outer box and a luxurious black gift bag. Your order is supplied with a Ruby & Oscar Certificate of Authenticity and discreet outer packaging so as not to spoil any surprises.
Fast, Free Delivery
All items are dispatched by free, insured delivery. This ensures that your jewellery is fully insured during transit, dispatched without delay and fully traceable for your peace of mind. Once dispatched you will receive full tracking instructions via email, allowing you to see the shipment progress of the package right to your door. Couriers differ depending on the country of shipment. We use DPD, DHL, and USPS depending on your location.
