12 Month Guarantee
For branded jewellery available at Ruby & Oscar, each item benefits from a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event you find your branded jewellery has a fault or defect, you can have your item replaced free of charge. If the item is no longer available, it can be replaced for a like-for-like item of the same price or you can pay the difference for a higher priced alternative. Unfortunately the 12 month guarantee doesn’t cover wear and tear or accidental damage.
